My mission is to provide a safe space, free of judgment and expectations, where individuals of all ages and abilities can experience the numerous benefits that a yoga and meditation practice can bring. Participants are always encouraged to show up “just as they are” and move and breathe “as they can or they need.” Sessions typically include meditation, movement, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation with an aim to strengthen the connection between the physical body and the mind.


I have seen how participants, with great success, experience many forms of release, ease, comfort, encouragement, as well as impactful pain and stress management. I aim to keep things simple, yet provide tangible tools and techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives to enhance their physical and mental wellness even in difficult times.
